This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of PhonkMaker, including prompts, lyrics, titles, style settings, negative tags, uploaded files, generated audio, generated cover images, workspace content, support requests, and any other material you submit, store, generate, or distribute through the service.

By using PhonkMaker, you agree to follow this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. No NSFW or Sexually Explicit Content

You may not use PhonkMaker to create, request, upload, store, or distribute:

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise NSFW content
Nudity, fetish content, sexually suggestive content, or content intended for sexual gratification
Content involving minors in sexualized, exploitative, or suggestive contexts
Non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, or exploitative sexual themes
Prompts, lyrics, titles, cover-art requests, or metadata that are designed to produce the types of content listed above

This prohibition applies to both generated output and the text or files you submit to the service.

3. Other Prohibited Content

You may not use PhonkMaker to create, request, upload, store, or distribute:

Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violent content
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
Malware, phishing materials, spam, or deceptive commercial content
Content intended to impersonate a real artist, public figure, or other individual, including deceptive synthetic vocals, false attribution, or misleading use of names, likenesses, or identities
Content intended to evade, probe, disable, or reverse engineer safety systems or access controls

4. Safety Screening and Enforcement

We may review, screen, flag, block, remove, restrict, or report content and accounts to protect users, comply with law, enforce this policy, and maintain payment and infrastructure provider compliance.

We may use automated safety tools and trusted third-party moderation services before or after generation. A blocked request does not create any right to access or receive the requested output.

If we believe content or behavior violates this policy, we may suspend or terminate access, remove content, cancel transactions where appropriate, or take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its users.
