PhonkMaker provides digital products and services that can be accessed immediately after purchase, including subscriptions, credits, and generated output. Because delivery begins right away, refunds are limited to the situations described below.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through PhonkMaker. It does not override any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
To request a refund, please contact us or email support@phonkmaker.app with your account email, order information, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Please include any relevant screenshots, payment receipts, or technical details that can help us review the request quickly.
Once we receive a request, we will review the account history, billing records, and relevant service activity to determine eligibility.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.
If a refund is granted for credits or subscription access that has already been provisioned, we may revoke the associated credits, downgrade the applicable plan, or remove access to paid features.
If you believe a payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact us before filing a chargeback whenever possible so we can investigate promptly.
Abusive, duplicative, or fraudulent refund and chargeback activity may lead to credit reversals, account restrictions, or termination.
