Refund Policy

The rules and process that apply to refund requests for purchases made through our service

1. Overview

PhonkMaker provides digital products and services that can be accessed immediately after purchase, including subscriptions, credits, and generated output. Because delivery begins right away, refunds are limited to the situations described below.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through PhonkMaker. It does not override any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests should be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • If more than 50 credits have been used after purchase, the purchase is generally not eligible for a refund.
  • Duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical failures that prevented service delivery may still be eligible for review, even if the request would not otherwise qualify.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests submitted after the eligibility window has expired, except where required by applicable law
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on creative preference, style preference, or output taste when the service was delivered as described
  • Purchases where substantial credits, generations, downloads, or service benefits have already been consumed, except in cases of billing error or verified service failure
  • Failure to cancel a recurring subscription before the next billing date
  • Accounts restricted or terminated for violating our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us or email support@phonkmaker.app with your account email, order information, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.

Please include any relevant screenshots, payment receipts, or technical details that can help us review the request quickly.

5. Review and Processing

Once we receive a request, we will review the account history, billing records, and relevant service activity to determine eligibility.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.

If a refund is granted for credits or subscription access that has already been provisioned, we may revoke the associated credits, downgrade the applicable plan, or remove access to paid features.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact us before filing a chargeback whenever possible so we can investigate promptly.

Abusive, duplicative, or fraudulent refund and chargeback activity may lead to credit reversals, account restrictions, or termination.
